> As we can see thanks to the graphs, even if both countries care first to their social environment for a making-decision about Pets & Animals businesses, they then interact in a different way according the other supports available.
Indeed, we observe that American people are confident to a brand at the beginning while French ones will first look for references and generic paid search.
To conclude, they are totally different because for example, French people will be regarding the brands at their last decision-making stages.
> The most important touchpoints for a hotel to employ are depending their target market but we can notice that Social and Referral are really important in the Gen C decisions because we love having references from as much people as possible thinking we take a right decision.
