Gen C Hotels Concept


The last years, we could notice the appearance of new brands which try to answer to Gen C needs and expectations.
Indeed, these new brands are serious competitors according existing hotels because they adapt theirselves very quickly for these people which are the customers of tomorrow according to their way of life.
They are more trendy, more fun and smart !

These new brands catch Gen C attention thanks to their smart websites and mobile applications. Indeed, we can notice an attractive presentation, a simplicity of use, a social connection.
Therefore, they fill all the criterias of Gen C characteristics :

Connect - Individual - Personal and Professional life balance - Impatience - Self Control

We can't not talk about a difference with other website because for me, it's not a hotel's website at all ! It's a SOCIAL PLATFORM where people want to share something or live a simple and extraordinary experience and be themselves.
About the mobile applications, it's mandatory for hotels, even small one, if they want to success within the Gen C because they are easy to use, attractive and so it's a gain of time and people like to be connected.

As an incredible example, we can present the City Hub Amsterdam as a hostel.
Indeed, the rooms look like a private cabin with all the comfort Gen C is looking for. It's a new way of thinking which is also attractive when you want to meet and share with other people because all the places are shared.
